Growing up in the Gulf area, Mourad finished his education and worked as a professional engineer before pursuing a career in real estate. He attributes much of his success in engineering to constantly "evolving and being diligent" and has used that same principle as a real estate professional by being diligent and evolving his service to serve his clients to his best.

Mourad received his real estate license in 2004. Together with his wife Mayar, Mourad focused on redefining industry standards of quality by pushing the boundaries of exceptional service. Mourad Hanna’s Team reputation quickly grew, becoming industry leaders. The team's core values (Love, Excellence, Growth, Innovation) are foundational to the company’s culture and success.

As Co-Founder of Bonnatera Realty, Mayar has a true passion for ensuring that the company's vision of offering the best real estate experience is continually fulfilled. Mayar assures that all operations work together efficiently, and that Bonnatera Realty maintains a strong and reputable brand in the real estate industry.

Her role on the team allows her to use her leadership abilities, be creative and foster Bonnatera Realty's core values of love, care, excellence, growth and innovation. Exercising a strong desire to give back to the community, Mayar is involved in overseeing strong partnerships with local charities, Client Appreciation events, local sponsorships and many more philanthropic endeavours.

Mayar has always been passionate about marketing, acquiring skills through both education and experience in the field. Her previous roles working in marketing in several companies have proven to be invaluable when developing Bonnatera Realty's portfolio of marketing techniques.

Mayar has spent most of her life living in Southern Ontario. She is very thankful for all of the blessings in her life, especially being married to her husband Mourad Hanna and for their two beautiful girls.
