✔️ Steady increase for average monthly selling prices across the GTA from Jan 2020-Oct 2021.
✔️Despite a decrease in supply the average selling home prices (all home types) have increased by approx 19.16%.
✔️ Pre-Construction & Assignment Sales become increasingly more desired by buyers as the availability for resale decreases.
